The office space totals 180,000 sf in three buildings at 6155, 6161 and 6167 El Camino Real and is part of the master-planned LegacyNorthPointe. Legacy Partners sold the buildings to a private investor.
Louay Alsadek and Rick Reeder of BRE Commercial/NAI represented Legacy in the deal. Legacy NorthPointe is a 50-acre office and R&D park located at the former Hughes Aircraft facility. At build out, Legacy NorthPointe will include more than 500,000 sf, of which 385,000 sf is already standing in six buildings.
