Airline Support Company Signs 51,000-SF Lease

EDISON, NJ-Driessen Services expands with a new distribution site near Newark International Airport. A broker team from NAI James E. Hanson, Inc arranged the transaction. A number of sites were examined before selecting this one.

NAI/James E. Hanson, Inc., the brokerage and management firm based in Hackensack, NJ arranged the deal. Working out the details on behalf of both parties were Hanson VP Andrew Somple and associates Jeff DeMagistris and Tom Vetter. The trio canvassed a number of sites before inking the deal at the Muscarelle property.
