Lake Norman Park Getting Second Spec Office Building

HUNTERSVILLE, NC-Construction is under way on a 50,000-sf structure at Fenton Circle, a 9.7-acre business park located about 20 miles north of Downtown Charlotte. The structure is the second of three office properties planned by Charlotte-based Lord Baltimore Properties.

The three-story structure is the second of three planned for the park by Lord Baltimore. The third building will break ground when the second structure hits the 50% pre-leasing mark. The 9.7-acre Fenton Circle park is in the tiny north office submarket near Lake Norman, NC with a total inventory of one million sf and a 20% vacancy level, according to Karnes Research Co.
