Also known as Franklin Square I, the four-story class A building was constructed in 1984. Situated on six acres, it totals just under 107,600 sf. Major tenants are all in the insurance business – Liberty Mutual Insurance, Harleysville Insurance Cos. and MetLife Insurance.

The building is owned and managed by Illva Saranno Corp. Among its amenities is 24/7 access through a coded entry system.
