Woodbridge, NJ-based broker Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Co. arranged the transaction on behalf of the property owners, Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. and SSR Realty Advisors. Involved in the deal for JGT were David Simon, Robert Dinner, Bill Cariste and Stan Simon, all principals.

The latest lease follows the recently signed 18,000 sf taken by Fremont Indemnity Co. Altogether, the combined deals raise Building A's occupancy to the 85% mark. Spaces of 10,000 and 14,000 sf remain available on the building's first floor.
