The Garrison Company of Farmington Hills, MI is the design/builder and Prizm Project Development, Inc. of Troy, MI is the construction manager.
The design of this new dealership was initially created by L+A Architects of Troy and is one of General Motor's "Brand Image 2000" dealerships being used as a prototype for Chevrolet dealerships nationwide. This design was developed to enhance product visibility and to establish a consistent Chevrolet dealer image.
Established in 1954, Garrison provides industrial and commercial clientswith planning, design, engineering and construction services. Projects include new facility construction, expansions, and renovations of existing facilities for customers in a variety of market sectors, including municipal, healthcare, commercial, retail, educational, recreational and manufacturing enterprises.
