TSK is a leading supplier of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and precision measurement systems. The American operation is based in Farmington Hills, MI and has test and assembly operations, such exists in Austin, in Richardson's Telecom Corridor, Chesterfield, VA, Phoenix and Portland. Colliers Oxford Commercial's Bob Wynn, Mike Tipps and Anne Marie Lenton have handled the transaction for the building owner while Chris Marchbanks of Cresa Partners' Austin office has acted on TSK's behalf.
In another Colliers Oxford lease, Charlie Hill has signed the city to 8,000 sf of industrial space at 4122 Todd Lane.
