The developer, Maken-Talega LLC, paid more than $2.3 million for the parcel. Makena plans to construct six buildings on the site. The facilities will include a medical office, daycare facility and several small office buildings ranging in size from 4,320 sf to 8,264 sf. Completion of the project is scheduled for the third quarter of 2001.
A Lee & Associates team of Jay Mast, Dean Krieger and Kurt Bruggeman represented both the buyer and the seller, Talega Associates LLC, in the transaction.
The Talega Business Park is located at Avenida Pico and Avenida Vista Hermosa. Other developers are building industrial, office and mixed-use facilities on the site.
