Case in point is the 212,000-sf 131 Morristown Rd. in Basking Ridge, which it bought eight years ago in a tax-free real estate exchange. Now, Unilever has leased the whole building to United Healthcare's Ingenix Pharmaceutical Division.
The deal was arranged by Insignia/ESG. The transaction resulted from the collaborative efforts of Patrick Murphy, Sam Buckley, Jim Postell and Ward Greer of the company's Saddle Brook NJ office, as well as Bob Alexander and Len DiMicelli of Insignia/ESG's New York office. The class A building is located on Route 202 in Somerset County, adjacent to I-287, one of the tightest office markets in the state.
