ATLANTA-The 10-year veteran in the local industrial real estate community is leaving King Industrial Realty after seven years to be director of leasing/marketing at Oakmont Industrial Group. Both are locally based firms.
Hawks was with King seven years and before that with Granite Properties. During his career in industrial brokerage, he completed more than 180 lease and sales transactions in the metro area, including a 313,000-sf lease for Exodus Communications' Internet data center.
