General Dynamics has a buyer--Brooklyn, NY-based JFR Global has picked it up for an estimated $6 million. The investor group has been aggressively adding to its portfolio--it recently added a group of office properties in South Jersey, paying Cranbury, NJ-based Matrix Development Group $57 million for the package.
Mindy Lissner, first VP in the Iselin, NJ office of CB Richard Ellis, led the brokerage team that represented both sides in the latest transaction. Joseph Nitti and Marc Petrella assisted her.
JFR is considering various uses for the building, which is addressed as 150 Avenel St. Industrial re-use is said to be the likely choice.
