The five-story building is scheduled for completion in April. It will be ready for occupancy sometime in the summer. Livingston told GlobeSt recently rates in Eastpointe would be $24/sf net on the first four floors, and $26/sf on floor five. Livingston also said the office space has "been designed to accommodate high-tech tenants with beefed up electrical and HVAC."
Meanwhile, in Olathe, KS, Opus is navigating the bureaucracy for that city's largest upscale office park. Opus wants to build nine buildings up to five stories high, totaling almost 1.2 million square feet. The buildings would comprise the 110-acre Corporate Ridge Office Park.
