In one of the largest deals, JYD Properties has bought a 37,000-sf parcel with a 26,000-sf building at 2829 Ft. Worth Ave. for investment purposes. David Valdez of Henry S. Miller Commercial Investments has acted on the buyer's behalf while John Allegro of John Allegro Realtors has represented the seller, Patricia Richardson.

In Dallas, FoneBuzz is moving into 1,250 sf of retail space at 4105 LBJ Freeway. The Voice Stream provider is in the midst of selecting sites in Dallas-Ft. Worth for its store rollout. The lease with Midway LBJ Partners is one of the first to be signed. Rhonda Rittenhouse of Henry S. Miller's Commercial Office/Industrial Division has represented FoneBuzz and Vaughn Miller, president and division head, has acted on the building owner's behalf.

The Arlington team of David R. Dunn and Larry G. Rodgers have signed Terry's Electric Inc. to 4,375 sf at 1023 Avenue M while broker James E. Moran has finalized a pact with JB Express Inc. to 960 sf at 1606 109th St., both in Grand Prairie. Terry's Electric, represented by Dunn and Rodgers, is moving into a spot owned by Rreef Management Inc. while JB Express is taking space in a property owned by Betty Feagins, who had been represented by Moran.

In Wise County, 82.6 acres have been bought by John S. and Harriet Body of Aubry, Texas. The Global Group Inc. of Ft. Worth has sold the property on the south side of FM 2265. Max W. Lindsay, vice president of the land division, and Blake Hortenstine, also of the team's land division, have represented the seller.
