J.A. Jones-GMO Completes Cargo Facility for United

NEWARK/ELIZABETH, NJ-United Airlines has just opened a 45,000-sf facility--part of the carrier's plans to increase its air freight services nationwide. The project is one of several by J.A. Jones-GMO at Newark Airport.

The United facility is one of several that J.A. Jones-GMO, a construction firm affiliated with Charlotte, NC-based J.A. Jones Inc. has underway at Newark International Airport. The others include an expansion of Terminal C for Continental Airlines, and the build-out of a 20,000-sf President's Club for the same carrier. The firm is also doing a new international arrivals terminal for Delta at JFK International in New York.
