New Neighborhood Retail Center Slated for Booming Area

WOODBURY, MN Exeter Realty Co. and Oppidan Development will build the 68,000-sf Eagle Valley Commons retail center on a 12.6-acre site at Valley Creek Road and Woodbury Drive. The project is expected to be ready in October.

The center will serve the Eagle Valley and Colby Lake residential neighborhoods, which are part of Woodbury's phased development that projects to add 650 units per year of new housing over the next two decades. Constructionwill begin in July and the project is expected to be ready in October.
