Insignia/ESG has assigned Managing Director William V. Cuddy and Associate Director Hilarie S. Siles to work with Brickman to secure deals at the property. Insignia/ESG officials say that more than $5 million has been spent thus far by Brickman to remodel and renovate the building's three-story atrium with marble and glass, replacement of the electrical, HVAC and telecommunications systems as well as work on the building's exterior and landscaping.
