The firm has nine partners and support staff of 85 here, which are currently located at 10 East 50th St. Allen & Overy, founded in 1930, opened its New York office in 1985, maintains offices in 24 cities worldwide and has more than 340 partners. A&O has a broad practice range areas that includes asset financing and leasing, media and technology, Latin American transactions, securitizations and tax.
