Founded in 1912, Siclare offers custom converting and storage of fine printing paper. The company's three divisions include Siclare, a master paper mill converter; Paper Express Inc., a business-to-business distributor of office paper; and Chancellor Corp., a paper mill agent and distributor.
The 40-year-old Murray Construction has a total New Jersey/New York portfolio of over seven million sf. Included are such industrial campuses as the 200-acre Centennial Corporate Park in Piscataway, NJ; the 50-acre Murray Industrial Park in Franklin Twp., NJ; and the Murray Corporate Center in Branchburg, NJ, which at build-out will total more than a million sf of space.
