Soderstrom feels the relocation wave will continue and is confident his agents can do 800 deals this year. To help them, he is expanding his new homes and relocations divisions and plans to open a southwest Orlando office in April.
"We expect to be very active also in the leasing and selling of office space," Soderstrom says. Stirling has 166,000 sf of professional office currently listed in Sanford, FL, Lake Mary, FL and DeBary, FL.
