The high-rise stands at 10880 Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood. The term of the sublet agreement with Credit Suisse First Boston Corp. is 84 months.
The deal will give Lehman Brothers the entire 21st floor of the building, says J.D. Cook, a broker and managing director of CSFB Realty's LA office who helped put the transaction together.
Cook represented CSFB, along with Alan Carmichael of the firm's LA office and Raj Vakharia of the company's New York office. Lehman Brothers was represented by Clay Hammerstein of Insignia/ESG's Los Angeles operations.
