ARC Rolling Out New Strategy to Bridge Digital Divide

DALLAS-Dallas-based Allied Riser Communications Corp. is rolling out a suite of managed IT services to small- and mid-size businesses in 13 US markets.

The target cities are Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis-St. Paul, New York City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington, D.C. and its homeport. Additional cities will be added in line with customer demand. ARC provides a tech staff in each city.

The ARC Professional Services complements the existing gamut of reliable, high-speed broadband data network solutions. The new strategy carries a rollout support from more than 150 customers nationwide. “Rather than provide customers an ad-hoc selection of IT services, ARC decided to implement a complete professional services offering within our product portfolio,” says Dennis Solie, ARC’s senior vice president of sales.
