BORN will have about 540 employees at its Minnetonka headquarters when move is complete. It completes an overall consolidation, begun last June, of its Twin Cities operations to the 128,000-sf building that isowned by Minnetonka-based Carlson Real Estate Co.
The move streamlines interaction between BORN's corporate departments and its Minneapolis and national teams, and reduce facility costs by operating out of one building rather than two.
