Trammell Crow Co. Leasing Up Additional Space at Cascade Park Plaza

VANCOUVER, WA-Trammell Crow Co. has preleased 50% of the 40,000-sf final phase of Cascade Park Plaza, a soon-to-be 80,000-sf commercial center on the southeast corner of Mill Plain Boulevard and Chkalov Drive.

The national specialty grocery chain Trader Joe’s and Party City will each take 10,000-sf in the project to open their first locations in Clark County, says Jim Parsons, senior vice president with Trammell Crow Co., leasing agent for the property. The property is owned by a group of local investors operating as Cascade Park Plaza Associates.

“We have lots of interest in the remaining space,” Parsons tells GlobeSt. “The owners wanted to get the anchor tenants signed first, so we delayed a lot of interest by smaller tenants that we are just now back at the table with. We have over half the remaining space committed, but we still need signatures.”
