In Atlantic City, the seller and buyer, both unnamed, are long-term G-H clients. The 95-unit property at 444 N. Richmond Ave. totals half a dozen buildings located near the Atlantic City Expressway.
Two of the properties are located in Camden County. The first is an eight-building, 148-unit complex at 411 Gibbsboro Rd., Lindenwold; again, the buyer and seller were not named. The second property sold in the county was Pine Valley Court in Clementon, consisting of six, two-story buildings totaling 132 units. The purchaser bought the property through a complicated 1031 Tax Exchange.
The fourth property that changed hands was the 80-unit Pleasant Valley apartments in Moorestown on which the new unnamed owners plan major renovations and upgrades. Terms of each of the four transactions were not disclosed.
