"I would like to see a return to real client service in the commercial real estate business," says Anderson. "The bottom-line orientation so prevalent amongst many service providers today does not easily allow for the focus on detail that I believe clients should expect."
Anderson has more than 20 years experience representing institutional and private owners and corporate tenants. Before establishing Principal Realty Advisors Inc. she was a private consultant focusing on asset services on behalf of institutional investors.
Previously, she served as managing director of asset services for Insignia/ESG Inc. and earlier as regional vice president of leasing and marketing for Compass Management & Leasing Inc. with responsibility for Washington, DC and six states, where her team was responsible for quadrupling the firm's portfolio in three years.
