In the largest deal, Advanticom, a network hosting service, took just over 18,000 sf for 10 years at 200 Campus Drive in Somerset, NJ. The company will use the space as its corporate offices. Newmark's Seena Stein, Jane Greenblatt and Hope Goldmacher Brodsky arranged the transaction; Newmark is the exclusive agent for building owner Somerset JAM Associates.

Next, Capricorn Q, a software development company took just under 14,500 sf at the Renaissance Corporate Center in Old Bridge, NJ. Stein and Greenblatt have the exclusive for the property, which is owned by Foxborough Villages Inc.

Intercentury Technology, meanwhile, leased 4,750 sf at 4041 Hadley Rd. in South Plainfield, NJ. Stein and Brodsky represented the owner, JMSM Ltd., in the five-year transaction. Finally, Stein and Brodsky, on behalf of owner JMS Associates, arranged a 2,574-sf office lease at 3000 Hadley Rd. in South Plainfield. The tenant, Shanco International, will use the space for its corporate offices.
