In the larger transaction, a three-building office complex in the 2000 block of Irvine's Business Center Drive was sold for $3.4 million. The small park has a total of 62,000 sf.
The seller, Household Commercial of California Inc., was represented by John Bosko of Charles Dunn Co.'s Irvine office. Phil Anshutz of Hensley Realty Corp. represented the buyer, a private partnership known as 2021-61 BCD LLC.
Separately, a locally based maker of transformers purchased a 38,000-sf industrial building in Anaheim. The buyer, RSE Sierra, paid $2.7 million.
