Agreement for Redevelopment Along the Passaic River Finalized

HARRISON, NJ-Developer Advance Realty Group will have responsibility for much of a 100-acre site along the Passaic River. The master plan calls for a mix of office, retail and housing.

For the Harrison project, the master plan, which will be carried out by multiple developers, envisions up to two million sf of office space, a million sf of retail space and some 2,000 housing units. It's also one of the sites being considered by the NY/NJ Metro Stars professional soccer franchise for a new stadium. The overall conceptual design calls for classic-style architecture.
