The buildings are located at 12755-12891 Western Ave. and 7411-7461 Garden Grove Blvd. The complex, built in 1977, is 99% leased.
A team of Louis Tomaselli, Mitch Zehner and Rob Socci represented the buyer, Frome Development Omega, and the seller, Voit Cal Portfolio Partners. All three brokers are from Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim office.
