Codina Lures Duke-Weeks' Robinson to Head New Development Services Team

CORAL GABLES, FL-Forrest W. Robinson, a prominent commercial real estate professional for 25 years, joins one of Florida's largest high-profile developers in a surprise career move. Robinson resigned three weeks ago as Duke-Weeks' regional executive vice president of Florida operations. Coral Gables is part of metro Miami.

CORAL GABLES, FL-In a surprise career move, Forrest W. Robinson, regional executive vice president of Florida operations for Indianapolis, IN-based Duke-Weeks Realty Corp., is joining Codina Group Inc., one of Florida’s largest high-profile developers.

Robinson resigned from Duke-Weeks three weeks ago. He is a former president of the REIT and was with the company since its 1999 merger with Atlanta-based Weeks Realty Corp. Robinson was at Weeks Realty since 1994.

Robinson will head Codina’s new development services group, going head-to-head with Duke-Weeks’ expanded operations in Florida, specifically the Tampa Bay and Orlando markets.
