The first phase, just under construction, will encompass a 125,000-sf single-story building offering finished offices with warehouse/distribution and light industrial space. Completion of the phase is slated for this coming September.
The projected second phase will total 50,000 sf, which the developers hope to do as a build-to-suit project. No timetable has been announced, pending an agreement with a tenant/user. The architect for the project is Michels Associates of Secaucus.
