Local Investors Ink $10.5-Mil Deal for Apartment Complex in Pomona

SAN DIEGO-A local partnership has bought The Gardens Apartments, a 138-unit complex at 150 W. Foothill Blvd. in Pomona for $10.6 million.

The Ontario office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Brokerage Investment Brokerage Co. annnounced the $10.6-million sale late last month. Broker Cray Carlson represented seller Don Lieusay of Oakland and buyer MSK Pomona LLC in San Diego, according to Kevin Assef, regional manager with Marcus & Millichap's Ontario office.

Assef says the property's excellent location between Foothill Boulevard and West Drake Street near Claremont helped it fetch an above-average price, Assef said.
