Network Plus has a half-dozen tri-state locations supporting its broadband data and telecom services in the region. Besides Newark and Manhattan, the others are located in Melville (LI), NY; and in Rocky Hill and Norwalk in CT. Altogether, the company has 20 operating locations along the East Coast.
The Newark transaction was arranged for Network Plus by Insignia/ESG's William Iacovelli, Michael Monahan and Mark Ravesloot of the New York office, and Richard Charles of the Saddle Brook, NJ office. Grubb & Ellis, Fairfield, NJ, represented the building owner, Newark Center Building Co.
