At the same time, CRESA Partners has hired as director Jon Lebre, most recently research services director for Cushman & Wakefield's local office. Prior to that, he was an economist for the State of Oregon Employment Department. Lebre tells GlobeSt his responsibilities will include economic analysis and forecasting, location analysis, market research and business development.

CRESA Partners Portland principal Craig Reinhart says the location was chosen to better serve the interests of its metro-area clients. The move -- into 2,300 sf from 1,200 sf at Kruse Woods I in Lake Oswego – also alleviates space issues arising from the company's 100% growth in 2000. The company now has 10 employees, says Reinhart.

CRESA Partners works exclusively with corporations, including tenant representation, strategic planning, and project management. It's Portland-area clients include Amazon.com, Verio, Enron Broadband Services, RuleSpace, Tripwire, Tektronix, ESI, SmartForest Ventures, as well as numerous start-ups and established growth companies.
