CRESA Partners Moves Into Heart of Downtown

PORTLAND-CRESA Partners has upgraded its image in Portland. The national corporate real estate advisory firm recently completed a move from the suburb of Lake Oswego to the second floor of Columbia Sportswear’s United Carriage Building, across Taylor Street from the new Fox Tower office building.

At the same time, CRESA Partners has hired as director Jon Lebre, most recently research services director for Cushman & Wakefield’s local office. Prior to that, he was an economist for the State of Oregon Employment Department. Lebre tells GlobeSt his responsibilities will include economic analysis and forecasting, location analysis, market research and business development.
