The new Series D shares are entitled to one vote per share, and are valued at about $4.31 a share, or more than $2 million in total. Laurence S. Zipkin and Edward S. Adams, both top officers at Equity, have been added to the board of directors of Realco.
Realco has four main business segments: real estate brokerage services, commercial construction, residential construction and land development, and financial services.
