62,500-SF Flex Building Hits the Market

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ-If any category of real estate product is seeing significant new construction in New Jersey, it’s flex space. Developers and users alike just love its versatility. The latest example is a 62,500-sf building just completed and put on the market by Denholtz Associates, based in Rahway, NJ. The building is a twin to an adjacent property that is fully leased.

Zimmel Associates, Edison, NJ, has the leasing assignment for the new building, which is located within the Brunswick Business Park, near Exit 8A of the New Jersey Turnpike. “We have been very active in the flex market,” says David Zimmel, executive vice president of Zimmel Associates. “In particular, space that is divisable for small- to mid-size operations doesn’t stay on the market for very long.”
