Wilson has been given the award based on her successful leasing of 1,037,000 sf of signed space at Houston Center. This bottom-line total includes her work in Crescent's much discussed CBD project, 5 Houston Center, where she had been instrumental in leasing 70% of the office space.
"I couldn't have accomplished this success without the help of the entire development and leasing team," says Wilson. She had taken on the leasing assignment for Houston Center in 1986 and has been working with Crescent since 1999 when it purchased the property. Crescent's portfolio consists of class-A office properties, destination resorts and spas and residential developments.
