Kanebridge Corp. Heads to Elgin Corporate Center Build-To-Suit

ELGIN, IL-Kanebridge Corp. will move into an 80,000-sf build-to-suit here when it is completed in May. Schaumburg, IL-based Kajima Construction Services, Inc. is building the warehouse and office facility.

ELGIN, IL-Kanebridge Corp. will move into an 80,000-sf build-to-suit in the Elgin Corporate Center here when it is completed in May. The developer, IDI, hired Schaumburg, IL-based Kajima Construction Services, Inc. to build the warehouse and office facility.

The company, which sells standard-inch and metric industrial fasteners to other distributors, will move from 5800 Turnberry Dr. in nearby Hanover Park.
