Newly Completed Assisted-Living Facility Serves Many Levels of Care

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Koll Construction has put the finishing touches on a 131,000-sf assisted-living center aimed at serving varied needs of residents.

NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Koll Construction, L.P. has completed construction of 162 suite Belmont Village-Sabre Springs, a 131,000-sf assisted-living facility in Poway, a San Diego County submarket.

Built on a 6.7 acre site, and project is located at 13075 Evening Creek Dr.. Configured in a horseshoe shape, the project consists of five three-story buildings, offering amenities such as sitting rooms in the common areas, swimming pools, putting greens, a hair salon, a restaurant and activity rooms.
