Reckson Reports Major Tenant Expansions at Metro Center

WHITE PLAINS-Metro Media Fiber Network and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. have significantly expanded their offices at the Reckson Metro Center office building here. Reckson Associates Realty Corp., the owner of Reckson Metro Center (360 Hamilton Ave.), reports the two companies have leased an additional 45,862 sf at the Downtown high-rise property.

Metro Media Fiber Network Services Inc. has again expanded, signing for an additional 32,339 sf on the third floor, now leasing a total of 112,075 square feet on several floors at the property. Metro Media Fiber, a provider of end-to-end optical network and Internet infrastructure solutions, is experiencing substantial growth and is projected to bring more than 550 high-tech jobs to the area, Reckson officials state.
