Casino Games Parts Maker Moving to CenterPoint Business Center - McCook

McCOOK, IL-Wells-Gardner Electronics Corp. is relocating from 2701 N. Kildare Ave. in Chicago to 9500 W. 55th St. Itasca, IL-based FCL Builders, Inc. is doing a tenant build-out on 104,110 sf.

McCOOK, IL-Wells-Gardner Electronics Corp., a manufacturer of products used in casino games, is relocating from 2701 N. Kildare Ave. in Chicago to CenterPoint Business Center – McCook next month. Itasca, IL-based FCL Builders, Inc. is doing a tenant build-out on 104,110 sf at 9500 W. 55th St.

FCL built the shell of the structure. The building will offer approximately 14,976 sf of office space and 89,134 sf of warehouse space. Steve Podolsky of Podolsky North Star Realty Partners LLC brokered the deal. Project manager Christian Evangelista and site superintendent Ray Norkiewicz are overseeing construction of the build-out. Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. is providing architectural services.
