Filled to the brim is a 63,302-sf structure at 2120 Hutton. Nature's Formula Inc. has relocated into 16,787 sf from 1515 Champion Dr., one of its smaller locations within the park, John Lancaster, TIG senior vice president, tells GlobeSt.com. He estimates that the health industry supplier occupies more than 100,000 sf in Valwood.

In mid-March, Heritage Fans, a subsidiary of Hoo Cheung Industries Inc., will be opening doors on an 8,393-sf spot. The business is moving from an executive office space at 4100 Spring Valley Rd. Heritage Fans supplies Home Depot and Lowe's home improvement centers in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.

Lancaster has represented the building owner, Pollock Realty Corp. in the transactions. Ron Bullock of Wilcox Realty has acted on behalf of Nature's Formula while Bill Bexley of Kennedy-Wilson has represented Heritage Fans.

The building is Pollock's sole holding in the Carrollton park, which recently had made the news when 25 buildings, valued at more than $40 million and totaling 1.25 million sf, had been sold to Chicago-based First Industrial LP.
