"We'll be doing more of what Grubb & Ellis does nationally," company president Marshall Kibler tells GlobeSt.com. "Otherwise, we'll operate as we always have." Kibler says, "They'll bring us new search and marketing capabilities and their range of technology."

Grubb & Ellis now has agreements with 39 affiliates serving 44 markets across the country.

"This addition of Wilson/Kibler to our national affiliate program gives us a significant presence in South Carolina, both in the Midlands and the low country," says Phil Royster, executive vice president of Grubb & Ellis Affiliates Inc. He calls South Carolina one of the fastest developing areas in the country.

The Wilson/Kibler firm has 26 employees and serves the state as well as Georgia, Kentucky and Tennessee. The firm has provided comprehensive commercial brokerage and real estate consulting services since its founding in 1987 by Kibler and partner Jeremy Wilson.
