The property was sold by AIMCO, one of the United States largest apartment REITS, based in Denver. National Healthcare Association is based in Lynbrook, NY.
The national CB Richard Ellis Senior Housing Services group, based in San Diego, negotiated the transaction. Principals in the deal included senior vice president David Rothschild, vice president Lisa Widmier, associate Mary Christian, and marketing specialist Dave Clarke.
