Robert Greer of Cushman & Wakefield's Financial Services Group arranged the loan. The money, provided by the New York office of KeyBank, is being used to refinance phase one and to provide construction funding for the second phase.
The waterfront residential market here is almost as tight as the office market. As a result, the rents are pricey, ranging from $1,900 to $3,400 a month. Amenities include a 145-car parking garage and a landscaped courtyard.
