ADP already has a strong presence in the area with its 500,000-sf campus in Windward where the company houses more than 1,500 workers. Sentinel Real Estate Corp. is the developer of the project.
The short-term lease is in anticipation of a campus expansion, according to the company's news release. Last year, ADP purchased the last available 40 acres at Windward to double the size of its current campus.
