AMI Capital Closes $4.6-Mil Refinancing Loan

WASHINGTON, DC-AMI Capital Inc., based in Bethesda, MD, has closed a $4.6 million refinance loan on Banneker Place Apartments, a 348-unit apartment community in southeast, which was renovated in 1998.

According to AMI Capital officials, occupancy at the closing at 95%. The apartment community, Banneker Place Apartments, is located at 3738 D. Street SE in here and was built in 1940 and renovated in 1998.

AMI Capital focuses on loans for multifamily housing communities, office buildings, luxury hotels, industrial properties, retail centers and senior housing. AMI Capital's product line includes Fannie Mae DUS, FHA and commercial programs.
