New Landmark Plaza LLC bought the 20,168-sf Convoy Court Shopping Center, located in Kearny Mesa at 4646 Convoy St. at Opportunity Road from Asset Preservation Inc. an intermediary for R & H Convoy Ltd.for $2.99 million.
Richard Lebert of Colliers International in San Diego represented the seller. Larry Bogle of Retail Properties Group represented the buyer.
The retail center on 1.52 acres is 70% occupied. Major tenants include Balboa Tofu House and Obrien's Pub.
