TXU Communications has signed for 10,700 sf; Great Expectations, 7,300 sf; and Interactive Funds Inc., 9,520 sf. Kim Brooks, Transwestern's vice president of leasing has represented the building owner, SMII/TRP Properties LP in the signings. Cawley International has acted on behalf of Great Expectations and the Staubach Co. for Interactive Funds Inc.
Brown Reynolds Watford Architects Inc. will be moving into 11,533 sf at 3535 Travis, also a Dallas property. Koll Bren Fund VI LP owns the building. The final pact puts Universal Underwriters Insurance Co. into 8,000 sf at the Bank of America Plano Tower, 101 E. Park Blvd. Brooks has represented the building owners while Kennedy Wilson Properties of Dallas has negotiated the pacts for the tenants.
